As part of the Scottish Arctic Conference and ScAN Annual Meeting, there will be a presentation on the review of the Scottish Arctic policy framework published in 2019. In 2025, The Scottish Government commissioned GC Insights to conduct research evaluating the successes and challenges of the Scottish Government’s Arctic Connections Policy Framework. This presentation will detail the research, findings, and what can be learned from this and applied to future international and Arctic policy. The presentation is scheduled for 13:00-13:45 in Parliament Hall at the University of St Andrews.
